Roya was a MSc Health Psychology student at City St George’s and she interned in the ASSURED research team. She has a background in Psychology and Child development. She conducted her bachelor’s degree research on attachment styles and stress levels in adults. After this, she started learning more about health psychology and how traumas affect mental health. She is interested in clinical psychology and therapy and is passionate in contributing to research that enhances mental health care.
